LuigiWA: In My Opinion, the main confusion factor for new, infrequent (and even regular) users of the chatroom is the multitde of unnecessary options available in the chat software, including every color in the palette for text and background. Chat is exchange of information only, and, as such, requires only one fixed color for each; for example, black for text and a light color for background.
