You could use any filters you liked but otherwise only one gradient, one mask, and one tube. The following are my three entries.

Bubble, The gradient was "Swamps," the mask was "Atrium by Anthony," the tube was "LB's Eric Dane." The filter was Eye Candy5's Impact drop shadow.
