Rammel, I don't know how to get it to recognize Tel Aviv.  I tried with IL Tel Aviv, also with just Tel Aviv but it is not working :(

My "How To" post at the top has been updated. It's shorter.

BUT - If you did it the old way, it still works. If you want you can do it the new way.

Thank you so much for this tutorial, Rick!  It's so nice to view a person's post and then see what the weather is like where they live.

Thanks!

Thanks for all your concerns but my problem isn't exactly DOING what the instructions say to do.  It's being able to see the printing long enough to actually carry out the instructions.  It's more my eyes than my brain.

And now I'm going to shut down both and head for Dreamland.  Good night Everyfriend.  I wish you a peaceful rest and a happy tomorrow.

Pat,
I've been trying to get one to work with locations outside the USA but have had no luck so far. If you notice anyone with a widget from elsewhere please let me know what you can about it. Especially the code they enter or the website that provides it.

Now I remember that way back when we had a few people in UK. NZ. They could put their Tim and Temp up.  I use to have mine but it vanished long time ago.

Rick, my widget has not been "time or temp" right for a long time.... I copied all your directions to a Word Pad but could not find the link to the one like we've been using.  When I Google it gives me lots of others... even international ones, free but larger than the space I tHINK we have for one.  Do you have a link to the one we should use?  Please?  Hope you stop by, says it's been more than 120 days since active so...................Thanks, Shirley

Shirley,
I don't think any (on our site) work any more.  The site that has the weather widget keeps changing things, which makes it difficult to keep up with them. So ---------- I gave up.  I removed all their code from my Profile.  It was fun while it lasted  :'(
Maybe some day when I have nothing better to do I'll try to figure it out again, but I've been up to my neck in alligators lately.

I just realized what you posted would automatically go to the site so came & did before reading your message.  Not sure any of it took, I even cut a word out of my quote (which)... but still there so I missed something.  NOW, what are you talking about "alligators"?  Do we have new pets?  Seriously???

Widget not working so will go delete & come back for your answer..........

"Up to my neck in alligators" is something like "Busy as a one armed paper hanger" but a little more PC (Politically correct). Since I lost a son and I am somewhat of a caretaker here I don't get a lot of spare time.
Getting the house pressure cleaned this coming week.  The humidity and heat this summer caused a bunch of mold on the outside. And as you are probably (no doubt) aware there is never an end to the chores if you have a house.
