I am content. I don't expect big slide rides..there will be adjustments, and some of those adjustments will be very painful to some, and a relief to others. But big government moves slowly, with bumps in the road, and that is how it should be.

The performance of some of our citizens by hordes of them marching in protest against choice of Trump, was shameful and shows the true make up of some that were delighted to be living on the government handouts.

Hello  Everybody,

I'm a little worse for wear, but I'm here. 

I hope all of you are fine and dandy as it has been said. 

I am glad we have Trump as the President-elect.  He's already posted 28 goals he wants to accomplish.  My, but it is orderly, clear and concise.  Now, we just have to see.

I've been away from here because this politics business became unnerving.   Besides. I got sick as well.  Our dust here is unrelenting.  I got bronchitis - the irritative kind - I coughed and coughed.  Had to stay calm and quiet.  Then on May 16th after three days of just feeling not quite right - no pain - just a malaise, I decided to call 911 and go to the hospital.  The paramedics told me they could find nothing wrong, but did I still want to go to the hospital.  I said, "Yes", and there I learned I was experiencing congestive heart failure.  Heart beat very slow.  Blood pressure very high.  I accepted the offer of a pacemaker.  Then three weeks later, I had been home about a week.  I did not feel quite well - no pain.  Again, I called 911. and this time they asked if I wanted to go to the hospital.  Again, I said, "Yes" and this time I had had a small heart attack.  The eight to ten days at the hospital was very bad.  Someone had left two lists in the hospital kitchen.  One said I was lactose intolerant and the other said I was allergic to wheat! I am mildly lactose intolerant - no milkshakes, for example, but the wheat designation was wrong. ( I'm  Italian.  I eat pasta.)  I lost fourteen pounds in a little more than a week.  I was so hungry all week  That same week, I was given a medicine that was wrong for me.  It felt like someone was standing on my chest.  Soon I was surrounded by eight or nine medical people.  I had been yelling out to get the medicine out of me ( I don't know how they were going to do that.)  Soon a crash cart appeared at the foot of my bed, and it occurred to me that these people were expecting me to die!  Horrible feeling!  However one of the nurses gave me a shot of something that took the pain away.  I relaxed and was allowed to sleep  the rest of the night and all the next day. I was so glad to go home.  But. about a week later on June 28th, I had a mini-stroke.  Back to the hospital in the ambulance. My left arm, leg and foot are compromised  By this time I had hired an aide, and life became better.  Now my aide has had a car accident and I've been without her help for a month..I am waiting to find out when she will be discharged.  She injured her pelvis in the accident.  I've had physical therapy and can walk and stand with equipment. Shortly after I had come home after the stroke, I acquired bronchitis again .  Now I give myself a nebullizing treatment once a day.  I was treated with two antibiotics at the beginning, and  now I don't cough anymore.  I'm on oxygen, too, all day.  I've been busy - and I am still tired.

All that to-do certainly takes the starch out of one!

Now, I'm concerned that we are reaping the results of the terrible education our people have had since the sixties. 

There are people who want to upend the election.  It was such a clear win for the Republicans, and yet there are those with money like George Soros and Michael Moore who want to initiate and support movements against Trump.  Al Sharpton, certainly no edifying figure wants to lead a protest at the Inauguration.  These men have their pictures posted publicly.
