Well folks the Democrats have finally lost it all.  Even got all the ding bat celebrates doing commercials wanting the constitution ignored.  And everytime Trump makes an appointment they go a little more bonkers.

Obama has managed to politicize every part of government, including our intelligence agencies.  The Donald sure has his work cut out for him to clean (drain the swamp) all these lefties out of government.

No doubt about it folks, we elected the right person to get this country back to what we knew as the United States of America.
Of course, it is going to be so strange to see Obama leading all those demonstations down Penn ave.  And demanding that safe zones be created for the snowflakes.

Ain't this fun? Reading how Billary is bribing Obama and the press brings joy to my heart. I post responses to Trump on Twitter, I hope he reads them.

I can't wait until Do Nothing Obama is gone and we never hear (hopefully) another word from Billary.

The states telling Stein to shove her recount was a joy to behold.

Deedee I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop from Obama.  He is not done with his little exercise in Socialism/Communism.  Isn't it strange to hear Barry criticize The Donald about being in cahoots with
the Putin, I do believe it was Barry who told Putin's serf to remind Validmir to be patient, until after the election, he, Barry would have more flexibility...   Yes sirree bob, Barry does have a sort memory.

Oh, and as a little tidbit of history I think some need to be reminded:

Merry Christmas everyone.  I have been away from politics because I have been celebrating three family birthdays and my older son was here on a visit from his home in Canada.  My computer is not working properly either.  I can post, and I can receive emails, but I cannot send.  I cannot do anything about the computer until after the holidays.  I am all right, but I had to let my aide go.  She was very good, but was in a bad car accident in October, and cannot always be here what with physical therapy and doctor appointments.  I'm 94 years old now.

Thank heaven, Trump won.  The media and the Democratic party are beside themselves.  I've never seen such peculiar behavior by part of the electorate as a result of an election loss.

Happy New Year!

diglady

Hi MeriJo, So glad to see you posting. Sorry about the computer problems.

Merry Christmas  and Happy New Year

Your government at work.  Maybe we should move the EPA to Alaska and they can stay warm with "global warming" and show others how it works.

Home again after another 10 days in hospital. Home is good.

halkel

Dig, I hope you didn't have something more happen to your back. Hospitals can be a pain themselves.  Stay well friend

June Drabek

Diglady, I am so happy you are at home again. I too had to spend eight days in our Care facility here at Rowntree. Leg infection needing intravenous antibiotics. There truly is "no place like home", and I thank God we are both in  our respective places.
As long as we are here, let's dance.

diglady

June so glad you are home too!!!!

I was affected by SEVERE dizziness. They lasted 2 + hours-Talk about horror! Anyhow am still have some of the dizzy spells but a not as bad. Well I see ENT Doc tomorrow. Hope he has a diagnosis for me.

I really think the campaign did it to me!!  ::)

June Drabek

Diglady, that dizzyness does sound scary, and you have to be extra careful
as it can affect your balance..you don't need a fall with everything else we go through. I am praying you will be cured quickly. In the meantime here is a giggle to brighten your day.

A noted psychiatrist was a guest speaker at an academic function where Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the United States House of Representatives) happened to appear. Ms. Pelosi took the opportunity to schmooze the good doctor a bit and asked him a question with which he was most at ease.

'Would you mind telling me, Doctor,' she asked, 'how do you detect a mental deficiency in somebody who appears completely normal?'

'Nothing is easier,' he replied. 'You ask a simple question which anyone should answer with no trouble. If the person hesitates, that puts you on the track.'

'What sort of question?' asked Pelosi.

Well, you might ask, 'Captain Cook made three trips around the world and died during one of them. Which one?'

Pelosi thought a moment, and then said with a nervous laugh, 'You wouldn't happen to have another example would you? I must confess I don't know much about history.'

Sadly, they walk among us!
And, MORE sadly, hold high offices!!!
As long as we are here, let's dance.

SCFSue

I am not overly fond of Nancy Pelosi, but that is a bunch of B.S. if I've ever heard it.  Where do you get articles like that?

SCFSue

halkel

Sue it is a J O K E not an article.......sheeeesh

And I thought it was funny as could be......and sounds just like Pelosi.....Remember she is the one that said about Obamacare, you have to vote for it before you know what's in it.

"

Pelosi: Remember How Carefully We Considered Obamacare?

Democrats couldn't bother to read all of the Affordable Care Act legislation while it was being debated in Congress. Of course you can't really blame them, considering it was 2,000 pages long. Yet, they passed it anyway, without one Republican vote. Before the vote, House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi showed her hand by infamously noting they had to "pass it to see what's in it.""

Hal:  Next time you post a joke, please tell us it is a joke.  Some of us Dems don't get it!  That's probably why Trump was elected.   Most of your posts sound as if you have the hot scoop.

Sue

halkel

Sue, I didn't post the Pelosi joke.  I cant help it if you are Democrat and have no sense of humor.

Sandy

This is called "FAKE NEWS" because it is easily denied
by claiming it was only a joke...

But we all know that fake  news travels faster then any  "it was an obvious joke"  claims can catch up with it.

This is going to be our life for the next four years so beware of any thing that comes out of the Trump Camp....   Lie Lie Lie,  deny deny deny,  then blame it on any one who assumes that they are telling the truth and pass it on ..

Dig,  I am sorry that you have been having some difficult problems,  and I wish you a speedy recovery....

I am out of here and don't plan on participating while this next administration uses magic tricks to communicate with all the good people here in the USA..

Bye Bye !

June thanks for the giggle of the day. Amazing that some don't see it as a joke but as "news"

To me your "giggle of the day" was a heads -up joke to follow!

And BTW, I sure hope that ALL-EVERYONE- wishes success to the new President. If he doesn't succeed USA won't succeed

halkel

It always amazes me how some make an issue out of what they do and then want to deny others the same thing.

I personally do not see any harm in passing remarks in the other forums on political matters or issues, so long as it is restricted to that.  No long political dissertations on issues or candidates.  And where do we draw the line?  Everyday life is not made up of mundane matters, nor non-controversial things.

Gloria, I think Trump has thrown down the gauntlet and of course the Dimm-0-craps have wasted no time in picking it up. (Schumer) show walking all Trumps nominees confirmation.  But one thing I do like, did you notice all the attention given to our Creator?  Many of the liberals will have to make appointments with their dentist to get the enamel replaced from clinching their teeth.

Donald Trump prays for his presidency: New president and his family ask for divine aid on his first full day in office

President Trump and the First Lady attend prayer service at Washington National Cathedral
Multifaith prayers include Christian, Jewish, Muslim and Hindu invocations asking for aid for new president
The president's daughter Ivanka walked in with her daughter

I cant wait until Monday and the dimm-0-craps dread it.

I've got the worst flu ever, don't bother taking temps, I know when I'm hotHOT... and the coughing chokes till gagging (you know what I mean?)  But while I'm laying on the bed dying, my brain still works and it drives me nuts that none of the news media bothers to pick up on the fact that while everyone bashes Trump for being civil to Putin, nobody mentions the fact that not a single reporter suggests that it's possible the hacking done came through that pipeline Hillary created with her own....now deleted, e-mails.  Common sense.

All these women & young girls are doing the same that kids did when partying on the beaches, running amok and hoping to get their face on TV/news.  Really, is this national pride?  How insulting, how would the Dems have come back with (racists) if the same had been done to Obama?  Half of us disapproved of him & his lack of training for the job.  Did he ever have a job to earn money in his own right?  Seriously, at least Trump has some experience in running a business and making his own money.

Back to my bed.  I had to come defend Hal, when someone makes an innuendo it deserves a come back, even if we have to come in here to do it.  I don't appreciate being slapped on the mouth if everyone doesn't get the same.  I assume that monster parade is women/girls that don't have anything better to do, am I wrong?  I find myself debating whether to post this.. "damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!"  Time out to go die~~~

halkel

Tisie, I didn't have the fever with mine, but I know how miserable you feel.  Wished there was something I could do to make you feel better.  I know one thing it is going to run its course, like it or not.  I know my wife's and mine did.

Trump is working today.  The guy isn't lazy.  I have a feeling folks in the White House better get to used to six day weeks and long hours.

June Drabek

to be truthful, I was disturbed by the Church service today, with all the different languages that I could not understand. I live in America, and I speak the English language as every American should be able to do. That is my gripe for the day.
As long as we are here, let's dance.

halkel

June, I didn't watch it, I honestly didn't realize they were having a service until I checked Drudge Report.  But our government officials have participated in more Christian services in the past two days than the last eight years. IMO.

Carol

Just checking in with everyone.  This is going to be an interesting part of our history.  Sorry that reducing our massive debt load wasn't mentioned but other changes would be of some help. We were hoping for a business leader to step in at one of these elections - because the politicians certainly know little or nothing about keeping our country solvent.  Kudos to our military and police force for keeping the parade safe - - thinking of the police wounded by brick throwers.   :(

Shirley

Carol, you are so right about our hard working police & military, no riots or raiding stores (either day) that I heard of.  I'm sure they and their families need some rest, they deserve it.

I check the Monarch Pass and St.Elmo view cams every day and can't remember a year with as much snow.  The roof on one house in St.Elmo makes me want to go rake the snow off, looks like it will cave in!  This is day 4-5 of my flu, managed to get part of an egg down, the pits!  I'm not taking me out to expose anyone else, even my worst enemy (only I don't have any enemies).

Hal, I've had every symptom possible with this, maybe a combo of half a dozen virus strains..... thanks for the sympathy, much appreciated.  ;)
