  • so_P_bubble: Michael, that does not sound good, especially for your own security. Maybe you could sell as spare parts and find another bargain? A few months ago mine was stolen during the night and the security cams showed it fleeing toward the Palestinian territories - gone forever. I had just paid the yearly l

  • Oldiesmann: Bubble, the insurance company is having it taken to a local body shop to further inspect it. The appraiser did say it was "borderline" repairable though, despite otherwise being in good condition and having low miles (less than 76,000)

  • Oldiesmann: Not having a great day today. Just bought a new (used) car on Saturday and got into a wreck this morning, less than 48 hours after I got the car. Kelly--I was here but just not in the SS.  I was preparing some headings for Sundays when I open a new SS.

Molly--How nice you and Chaps were able to have a visit along with him planting some flowers for you to enjoy.  I continue to pray for him and for Mohamed.

Good evening to EVERYFRIEND.

THE STORM HIT WITH VENGENCE.....started with rain last night, but turned to snow pretty quickly, so a good 6 inches had arrived when I got up this morning.  Now it has showed all day long so we have a good 13 to 15 inches now and it is still coming down.  We were watching the weather channel a few hours ago and they said Highlands Ranch, where I live had 3" of snow......  I do not know where they got that report, but it has to be wrong.  Bob has been out two times knocking snow off the tree limbs as they are so very heavy laidened.

I made a big pot of chili and it sure hit the spot today.   Fire place is sure making it nice and cozy in here tonight.

MOLLY, I thought about you and Chaps being together today and hoped you both were having a wonderful visit.

SUN, I am sorry you will have to have surgery on you hand.... I do hope I t will be successful and relieve you of that terrible pain.

JACKIE, I must say I was so hopeful that after your move life would calm down for you and Richard..... A few more hoops are in order then with any luck you can get a break from these issues that seem to,crop up,one after the other.  HUGS.

Thank you, JOAN, for our goodies take such good care of us.

My friend Patti was to spend the day with me today, but she called this morning to say she would be shopping for clothes as she drove off and left her clothes at home in Rock Springs, WY.   She is here to attend her aunts 98th Birthday and will be seeing he x's family for the first time in many years.  I know this set her nearly into a tail spin.  I felt bad for you might remember I left my bag at home not too long ago, but mine was just an over nighter....and no important function to worry about.

I wish you all a good evening!  Sleep well.

Good Night Everyfriend!  It's been a beautiful day here and I did get some "stuff" done.  We had the windows and doors open most of the day and the sun shone in.  I even put my chair in the tree and had a short nap in it.

I'm off to Dreamland now and I wish you all a peaceful rest and a happy day tomorrow.  As my dad would say "Only one more day and a git up until I go back to work.

Jenny, I can imagine how good your chili dish tasted what with all that snow outside. Is it common for your area to have snow so late in the season ? Spring will be extra welcome for you I'm sure.

Time for me to get ready for bed. I have all of next weeks meds filled out in their proper little boxes and glad I am to have that chore done.

Janie, I'm glad you had such a nice day. It was a bit warm here. I had to turn on the A/C for a while. I get a lot of morning sun, so the place warms up in a hurry.

I wish you all a Good night, and a happy tomorrow. Keep well. Love, hugs and prayers. June

Hal -  Thanks for remarks re hand.   Not next week, but week after that ---long time to wait,  The other hand is showing signs of same problem….lordy, I hope not.  Told dau.  I wondered what causes it ??  She said calmly:  “Old age”.  Gee, thanks, lots of help…. LOL  Guess you heard of the problem before…I never had
Glor â€" Im using good hand to type now…’s left hand messed up already.  I’m right handed.

June â€" I drive my cart with one hand now….guide my oxygen tubing out of the way with the other hand. I’ll be ok if they leave my thumb free of bandages. We have someone that comes in now, three days a week already…sun in law retired, and daughter cam be home part of time.

Jenny â€" good to hear from you…..the pain is not big problem, it’s maddning inconvience that hurts.

Just got back from a trip to MO.... up at 3:38 am (cats woke me up, my choice to get started with the day).  Almost midnight but couldn't go to sleep without wishing Gloria a wonderful birthday & happy all year blessings. I can't keep my eyes open & must get up at the latest, by 6:00 am.   Daughter is in town to baby sit her grands so parents can have a few days vacation before the new baby arrives in August (think that's the date).  Church & breakfast at McDonald's with everyone.

The wind driving today was the worst EVER.. just wagged that RV back & forth terrible.  My right hand was sore for weeks but tonight feels like someone stepped on it. Would you believe that I couldn't have my peanut butter & Ritz crackers in the RV.... because I couldn't get the jar open!  I have a tool at home that works on any size jar, had it for about 50 years.... so I dug into Amazon kitchen tools & already ordered, will be here Monday!

It was so hot in the RV one day (about 85 degrees) I turned on the AC for a while.  NOT what I like out camping!   Hi to EveryFriend!!!!
