Oldiesmann: Finally got the AmazonBot situation under control. I basically changed some server settings to tell AmazonBot that it's not allowed to access anything on the site. That should fix the speed issues we've been experiencing lately

Kelly in Switzerland

I blew them up,  so they are a little un clear.
She is having a wonderful trip.

Kelly is 50 years old and a grand mother to  Fe!

Pretty woman  ---  Grandma!!!

Sandy...
...finding it hard to believe that that young and slim lady is 50...

Sandy

Kelly is a Mother of four beautiful daughters...  and
grand Mother to Fe.

She is in great shape and likes to climb mountains.     That is what she is doing in Switzerland with friends that she knows from there,  along with visiting and
traveling to Ireland.

Sandy

Kelly hosted two exchange  students from Switzerland   and they still visit one another yearly.

Good things are still happening in this country,  I am happy to say.

Sandy, I envy Kelly's scenery.  I have loved the mountains when I've been in them - not in Switzerland, but out west.  I'd love a snow-capped mountain as a view from a picture window - I don't have either.

Sandy, Kelly is in great shape, and a very pretty Grandma !!
As long as we are here, let's dance.

Very photogenic grand ma!  It runs in the family!

Sachiko3

angelface, Jack, Shirley, so_P_bubble, Sandy,
Thank you very much for your wonderful photos!

Sachiko3

My roses bloomed so much.
All except for a climbing rose is the roses planted this year, so the tree is small and the flower is still little.

I entered in my roses and had my husband take a picture.

jackwv

Sachiko good to see you and that smile.  The Roses keep improving and hope the same for you.

Mary Ann

Sachiko, the roses are beautiful but you are prettier.  It is so good to see your lovely smile.

Mary Ann

Vanilla-Jackie

Beautiful Roses and I see a large grey coloured Rose in the centre... :)

Joy

Sachiko,  your rose garden is just beautiful and I am so happy to see you looking so well.   Beautiful picture.

;D Now how did you do that?

Don are you in two places at once...I ..Agree with Jack...one day...

Vanilla, Yes I am in two places at once, at least my heart is.

Vanilla-Jackie

Don...no explanation needed, you do not need to tell me....I- we, already know where your heart is...now why dont you go and join it?.... ;D

Shirley

Love the photos of Kelly, Sandy.... nice she can be "free" to travel and visit while still in good health.  My son is in Switzerland right now, business so he doesn't get to hike.  He does get to see a lot of the world but not the same as with Kelly (they are about the same age).  My daughter is in Hawaii this week, about the first time it is not business, so she & her husband are having a great time.  I am glad they can travel but just a tad of envy, too....

Sachiko, your rose garden is beautiful and you are the prettiest rose of all.  Are you doing any hiking these days?  You seem to have a very full life, it does take time to get back to the travels you did before.  Is this the time of year you visit your "cabin"?  I love the peace and quiet of the woods.

So much to do today I am racing with the clock.  Had a "brown-out" yesterday, big demand for electricity with all the ACs running full blast, sprinkler systems & pools with their big pumps/motors.... had to reset all the clocks & that is a big pain.  Put the slide out open on the RV so I could get the sheets off the king size bed.  Storm came up & I closed the slide in case of hail.  Will do the laundry & open to make the bed ready for the next trip.  I can't walk around the bed with the slide closed, even though I can sleep in it without doing anything to the slide.  Kind of like having 2 houses to keep up with.  Good & not so good.... such is life.  With an older brother & sister in another state, I want to be ready to hit the road should either need help, have to take cats if I'm gone over night.

JeanneP

Had to go way back in here today. Missed some great photos.
Shirley. I remember the great camping in Co. And all he west. Yours looked great spot. That canopy handy
50 year old and grandmother .looked great.
Bubble .so clever howyou got don to join you in that photo.

Sachiko. You are now looking so well. Must get great pleasure out in your garden.

Jackie. I hear uk getting some nice weather. No better place when sun shining. Wish I was there.

For past 3 days been prefect here but the high heat back next week, no rain yet.

Finely renewed my pass port yesterday. Now ready to travel. Told me that now not allowed to put a smile on faces. After seeing cost I didn't..even now charge 6.50 for them to mail it in.

JeannP...
... not me, I never found it nice, far too hot for comfort...The weather you are referring to was a solid week last week, it hit the 90s...

so_P_bubble

it was 92F today when I went to work at the library where I volunteer.  I could barely breathe. N  wing a high humidity as well. This is supposed to continue until well into next week. 75/76F at night. Hard to sleep in such heat.

Two early morning sunrises my son-in-law took when he went fishing Saturday morning.

FlaJean

That's his fishing pole.  He often goes fishing early--a real fisherman.

jackwv

Jean two beautiful sunrises.   Not a fisherman but would have loved to be out in that boat.

Sachiko3

Good morning!

Jack, Mary Ann, Vanilla-Jackie, Joy, Shirley, JeanneP,
Thank you very much for your comments.
I can post now my picture here, and can obtain your comments, and, I'm affected very much.

Sachiko3

Jean,
What a beautiful sunrise!
Thank you very much for the photo of the beautiful sunrise.

so_P_bubble

Jean, how stunning.  The reflection on the water made it seem on fire. And it must be so quiet and serene in this wide expense, so necessary in this epoch of stress and world upheaval.

Lindancer

jean, such beautiful photos.  Thanks for posting them

FlaJean

Thanks for your comments.  My son-in-law goes early morning fishing several times a week and has taken some great photos.  Recreational fishing is popular in this area of Florida.

Shirley

Jean, gorgeous sunrises..... so fleeting & have to be there at the right moment.  I used to get up early...... ;)  Thanks for the reminder what a beautiful time of day that is.
