Angel, I love the owl in Lesson 96.  A very good choice for your main image.  Also, glad that you got some help on the Andromeda filter from a group member.  I copied  the address to the site she recommended and will use it when I need to look up another filter for the lessons.  Although, I'm getting so frustrated with no response from BJ that I just may give up on the lessons.  I have sent and resent lessons 69 through 73 and still no approval.  I know she is having email problems but even when I resent them to the Yahoo email address I haven't heard back.  I would like to go on with them but I am stymied.  This Winni Lesson Group doesn't seem to be very well run.

Phyllis, I know what you mean, but then BJ has always been one for approving and sending on six or more of my tuts at a time, very aggravating! I take two classes there and I have had a new mod in each. Perhaps internal politics?

I hope not as I like the lessons. LDS is still doing lessons however I think they charge. Thats the first class I took and we were all in it starting out. Please don't leave our little group here in any case!

Phyllis, I downloaded from ten separate sites and had nothing but requests for a password. Jeanne sends me that and viola! I'm in. 

It sounds as if the group is having internal issues we're not aware of.

well my Andromeda too does not want to work because of not having a workable password. So annoying!
As for Panaticum, I have given up totally of ever having it.

I don't know what to tell you about Panaticum. I can again allow you on my Microsoft One Drive, or if you had the Dropbox app, it would also work.

Buble your night city background  looks like it took a few filters to make it look so complicated. It probably wasn't complicated at all.

Marilyn, the background for lesson #96 was made with the Designs portion of Andromeda's Photography series 1. I had gone through ten other filter sites and found some demos, but all of the photography series required 119.00 and a password. A member sent me this site when I sent out a group distress call.

It is so hard to find items you need in PSP! I am always on the lookout for water scenes or rooms settings or landscapes, particularly urban,fantasy tubes but no SAC or AC and no gore!

Still no approval from BJ (mod).  I have sent and re-sent the last 5 lessons and no response.  So frustrating and I just may try to contact the owner, Bubble.  I'm sure others have already done so and it doesn't seem like anything is being done about it.  Oh, well, it isn't the end of the world and since the lessons don't cost anything I haven't lost much.  I would like to continue them because they are fun to do but won't go into a decline if I never hear from BJ again.

That site for filters that you got from a group member is good, Angel.  Best of all when I click on something to download I don't get all sorts of warnings of terrible things about to be loaded on my computer.  I can't say the same about some of these "free filter" sites that I find on the Internet.

About time I got here since I got the PC back 3 weeks ago. got PSP 12U installed but having trouble finding plugins. Seems like most of the sites I had saved no longer work.  I know I will not pay for any plugins, I had all the eyecandy ones and their codes saved but I cannot find them. I still hesitate to do anything because before as soon as I started working with PSP I would end up with computer problems.
I am not commenting on what you have been doing, just checked 4 pages of some wonderful creations. I have been wondering if I contact the head mod in Our Retreat- I never dropped out of that group, Barbara and Kerry talked me into going on special notice and Kerry still sends me the weekly tuts. I was thinking of taking the plugin lessons again, at least that was I would get some plugins that will work.
Then again I am not enjoying being at the computer much anymore. Tired of having to install every thing every time there is a problem and all HP does is bring it back to original settings. Getting to old for all those frustrations.

Gloria, we will miss you and your great graphics, but I understand. I went through the same issue back in 2000 with Gateway, and I ended up paying a local firm to revamp and repair that computer. They are never going to fix it as they will continue to resend the original configuration, (including any  original fundamental errors!).

I have emailed Phyllis and not heard back although she posts in the early AM in the Soda Shoppe. I don't want to bother her,( but if you see this, Phyllis, check your email per BJ.).

I have finished my Wini PSP Lessons although I am just finishing up with the first 50 in Wini's Basics as you may only send in one lesson at a time and then must wait for approval instead of three at a time each 24 hour period as in the regular lessons.

I did sign up for a framing class and one I'm really looking forward to which is a blending class.

Angel, I saw your email and then got busy so everything ended up undone.  I have no idea what is going on with BJ and the new and old lessons.  Too confusing for me.  At least BJ finally approved my lessons so I sent in the final two in that level...Lessons 74 and 75....and asked for the next level of lessons, 76 through 100.  Of course, she has said in the past that she doesn't work on weekends so I didn't expect any response.  I hope I get one now that the new week has begun.

I will probably stick with the lessons at least through #100 even though it has been frustrating.  It really is OK because I have so many other issues to occupy my time and thinking so PSP lessons are really low on my list.  Hope you can get things straightened out with BJ and/or the Group.

Phyllis, that is the crux of my problem. You are expected to have completed the course after passing all 100 lessons. I have done that and now BJ is trying to have me start off with lesson 62 of an older set of lessons I had never seen before she sent me her link.

The only reason in her mind, that I need to start with lesson 62 is that was the one I was on in my sequence of lessons when she became my mod.I have completed and passed all 100 lessons and should be graduated as I see with others coming through.

Bubble, your frames, especially Frame Édna Feitosa, are lovely, very elegant! I can't wait until my frame class gets going. I'm just waiting to hear from my mod.

While waiting, I did another blend today that I call, "In the Fifties,"
