Oldiesmann: Finally got the AmazonBot situation under control. I basically changed some server settings to tell AmazonBot that it's not allowed to access anything on the site. That should fix the speed issues we've been experiencing lately

Again, if needing to comment, start with one.

In order to re-attempt trying my PSP12Ultimate, I dumped everything on the floor from my desk to see if I could find my original CD cover with attached serial number as Corel has deleted all but the last two years. So far so good without attempting attaching filters and gradients, etc. I am still cleaning and picking up but it was probably very long overdue!

Bubble now that is cute! I like the crisp bevels.

Angel I don't have the words to tell you how fantastic I think your  work is. You have always pushed the envelope to  a degree that  is breathtaking

Angel 362 is quite intriguing and I like the proportions and perspective.  A good one.

Thank you, Marilyn, coming from you that is high praise indeed!

Bubble, it is interesting that you chose that one because the first graphic in the center is the face that is the half black cat graphic, the one you liked earlier. I put an angel over it.

My favorite is the one in black, #363. I wonder what Phyllis would think of my dragon?  :) I signed up for Winni's classes again, particularly for the frames.

I am having issues with Grammarly. It keeps telling me I need to put in extra commas or that my article is wrong. I've been out of school several years but I guess you may always learn something new.

My PSP12U is working again and it does as long as I do not add anything to it. At least it caused me to clean my desk looking for that elusive serial number. I'm beginning to think that it is not so much the program but its interaction with my 16-year-old computer and that computer's failing graphics card.

I was planning to order a new one on Wednesday but now my cat has been acting indisposed so that may be put off again.

These two following are from this morning.

Angel, I like how you melt pictures together.
That guy in 373 looks "delicious"  ;D
I would try to replicate that, but with the seamless tiling on half opacity.

Some beautiful work on here, well done all you guys, great talent you all have

Here you go Bubble,

I didn't do much on aesthetics, simply on the tiling.

On #374 I went hunting for just the right saying to go with my coffee shop vibe I had going. Then I eliminated my other coffee shop items but you still or should find the quote applicable.

 >:( I spent hours on this tut and even though I downloaded her filters, they didn't work for me, (Three of them!); so in the end, when it looked similar to a hodge-podge effort, I gave it up as a lost cause.

That could be most frustrating. I have learned now to first check the  filters before starting a tut. If only one does not work, then I can manage with a similar effect.  More is too challenging unless I go my way all the way, without trying to follow.  Sometime just the beginning of a tut gives a good inspiration.

I had all the filters listed but when I went to use them, none of them worked. That's why it was so aggravating, that and trying to figure out other ways, other filters. I spent the rest of the time tracking down new editions of those filters and testing them out.

These next two graphics were tests of those newly redownloaded filters. I also had issues with understanding the English translation of a Portuguese tut. That was also eventually scrapped.

angelface555

Now my Andremona filter needs a serial number. I had thought that one was free.

so_P_bubble

Sorry mine too is a try out and I have no code :(

angelface555

Ah well, I found Eye candy 5, and 6 for free with serials on the web with judicious Googling and being careful of where I went in case of spam ware; so that is probably out there somewhere.

This morning I received the questionnaire from Wini's lessons so hope to start that soon as I miss knowing how to do frames as I used to. I just hope my computer keeps on functioning as I have been back here repeatedly!
