Oldiesmann: Relevant links can be found in topics in the Homemaking, Food & Garden board. I'll see about moving them over to articles here when I get a chance.

Oldiesmann: Found them. They're on the CP site: https://www.christianphotographers.com/recipes/recipeindex.html

Oldiesmann: I'm not finding anything related to recipes on the site. I'll do some digging through the Internet Archive and see if I can dig them up. It's possible that got lost in the big server crash back in 2016

Angel I like the way you put your 50's blend into Yosemite National Park. I spen many a summer there at My aunt's house.

Blue Fantasy

Bubble, I liked everything about Zenyra, the autumn coloring, the tubes, everything!

Marilyn, thank you. That was a blend of three graphics, a brush, and two tubes. I liked the old fashion style. I liked your globe and or crystal in Blue Fantasy.

Well, as I still have not heard back from BJ or had a resolution, so this morning I wrote a letter to the overall owner of the groups. I am still waiting to hear from the mods of my other two new classes as well.

Marilyn

Thank you Angel.

Reflections

Very, very nice job on Reflections, Marilyn!

Well, after six emails back and forth with my erstwhile mod and about the same with the owner of the entire lessons group; I now have my certificate!   :balloons:

My old mod, after suffering email issues, now has her computer down for repairs and a new mod will be taking over for Phyllis and the rest of those remaining in the class. And my Blending class mod is not my old mod. I have yet to hear back on my Framing classes other than I am approved.

Here is an arithmetic I did awhile back. I finished up with the following two more arithmetics. One is a large moon with two sailing ships in grey, black and white. The other is a colored graphic of I believe London Bridge?

Here are the two I did tonight. I really wish I understood the function and didn't have to use guesswork.

Marilyn, reflections is awesome!

Angel I like your 1st of the London bridge.  Very powerful/  Black and white looks much better too.

Congratulations, Angel, on finishing the PSP Lessons.  I'm glad that everything is being straightened out by ConnieC.  I was afraid that she no longer paid much attention to that group but apparently she does.  My new mod, for now, is Ilse and she seems pretty responsive.  She approved my last two lessons in Level 3 and sent the link to Level 4 so when I get a minute I can begin doing those.  Good luck with your Frames class and your Blending lessons.  I'm personally not too fond of frames so probably won't get into that but blending sounds interesting.  But, for now, I must get back to finding themes and making images for the Soda Shoppe weekly graphic so that will keep me occupied for awhile.

I enjoy all of the graphics that are being shown here and look forward to more.

Marilyn

Thank you for the nice comments on Reflections.

Angel I really like all of your blends and arithmetic. I never did use that  or even experiment  with arithmetic.

Bubble CHICHITA is really cute.

Angel I really like Clo great choice of the female tube. Love the colorful contrast to the background. that background is very
interesting.

angelface555

Marilyn, that was Bubble's work and I agree it is a terrific graphic!

Frame Cottonwood is not that obvious, but has a lot of work and planning to it. I think that is my current favorite!

I have spent the entire day on lessons in PSP. I sent two into one class and am waiting to move to the next level. I sent in three each to my Framing and my Blending classes. So, I've had an enjoyable long, long day.

One question, I used to know this but I can't seem to remember how to change the color of a tube. For example, if you are doing a tutorial in green and the tutorial has items such as corners or decorations that are essential to doing the tutorial. But the tutorial had been created in yellow. Is it under hue or color or something else entirely?

Here are four from my Framing class, but not in order. Most are fussy, not as spare as I would like but it is the mechanics I need to master. So much of my work is done spontaneously and then I am unable to recreate it except in an entirely different direction. Plus I will now have that info on file and thus will be able to reconnect. I will say that the tutorials are the type where you have to be careful not to miss a step.

Lesson #3. I would have preferred not to use the extra touches in some of these frames, but it is how you learn.

Lesson 6, another favorite, just ignore the extras.

Terrific sailing!

Lesson 4 is really a good one, but using only 2 of any of the 4 frames.  It offers lots of possibilities and combinations.

Marilyn

Bubble sorry I gave credit on your Clo to Angel,. I really like your last two here.

Patricia, I like the pink frame with the bunnies but I am not much a frame person with a lot of details in the frame. You can either do a luminance legacy if you background is green and it will  make the corners greed,l but you will have to put your corners on another layer or your whole image will be green. Or you can use the eyedropper to pick the color you want olut of your image    click other and use the Hue (H0 and (S) numbers to set the numbers in colorize to change the color of the corners before you put them on your image. I hope I have that right.

angelface555

I am taking the framing class as I do my PSP by the seat of my pants, the same way I cook. Where I am not a fan of garish framing, I do think I need to learn a few techniques and have the instructions on file. I have only done the first six of the lessons .Thanks for the help Marilyn!

Thank you Bubble for the great tuts!
