If you've noticed a broken image in the "Random Image" block, there's an explanation for that. I got tired of bots hanging out on the gallery pages, so I set up a thing where guests have to verify that they're not a bot to view anything in the gallery. To get rid of the broken image and restore the actual images, just click the broken image or go to the gallery. If prompted to verify you're not a bot, just click the box.
