well Larry I was going to say JaneS and AMY are hogging all the rain but JaneS
says she is not getting the rain either. so must be AMY we sure are not getting any here. they did get a little in KC MO but did not send any down to us. this getting old is not what it is cracked up to be. I worked most all of the day getting the throttle cable off of the tractor to take to shop and get it freed up.
Gave up and went and bought a new one and were they proud of it, $100.10.
was wore out when we got home so it is on the agenda for today. My friend Bob came by and figured out what was wrong with my four wheeler and got it to work again. I sure need it to get back and fourth to shop and go check on cattle. friends are sure great, just hope I am as good to and for them. have a great day everyone.

while eating our morning meal Nancy and I were reminiscing. talking about a good friend now deceased. he used to say good old days heck only thing about the good old days was you had a strong back and a weak mined. my back is not even strong anymore either.

Hi Everyone.  It looks like we are in for another hot and humid day with not much likelihood of any rain.  This was one of those morning I didn't want to arise and get going.  The only thing I plan to do today, besides the morning chores in the kitchen and getting Pat's breakfast, is to attend a meeting this morning.  I hope to watch some golf later this afternoon.  About the only thing I completed yesterday was to finish the ebook I was reading and also listen to a couple of hours of my audio book.  We did get a very pleasant and unexpected surprise yesterday when I got the mail as there was a check in the mail from our local hospital for a sizeable amount marked as having been a refund.  There was no indication what it related to and I have to wonder if an audit was performed on last year showing we had been over billed.  I don't expect the mail to be as friendly today.

Carol, how exciting for your daughter.  Do you think she will opt to work from her home?  I usually don't see more than 2 or 3 checkers at our Walmart.  Carol the divided containers are:  Portion/Perfect 3 Compartment Meal Prep Containers - Super Tough, Airtight, 40% Thicker BPA Free Bento Box For Adults | Reusable & Guaranteed Not To Melt in Microwave Or Dishwasher | New Set Of 5  and she got them at Amazon.  They worked perfectly last night to reheat in the microwave and they are dishwasher safe.  Pat will order another set.  The meals are much better than TV dinners since they contain homemade food and in just the right proportions. I am just guessing you are over 70 since I have know you for quite awhile.  If I am wrong feel free to correct me.

Jane, I think we may be seeing robots replacing people in a lot of places.  Amazon, with their Whole Food markets now, don't even require a check out person as as you get the item it is automatically added to the bill so that when you leave the store the amount is automatically charged to your credit card.  I notice that McDonald's and other places now have order kiosks to place your order and I think you can also pay at the kiosks.  They will likely be using robots to cook the food and then place it on the counter for people.  Things are advancing very quickly.  Mint chocolate chip sounds so good and I bet that bread will be delicious.  Hope you got rested up last night after your hard day at the registers.  That great granddaughter is sure growing quickly and such a beautiful baby.  Bubble, thanks for posting it for Jane so we all can share it.

Amy, the last sweet corn ears I saw in the markets looked all dried up and very small and I think our season here is perhaps over.

June, sure hope today find you not as tired and you found June in your bed this morning when you woke up.  :)  As you use the laptop more it will become easier and I will be surprised if you don't like it.

Shirley, I so regret not being able to be around my great grandchildren and they are not babies anymore.  Thank goodness for pictures.  I hope are area avoided any storms.

Jackwv, it must be wonderful to be a child and get to discover the world around them.  If only children could be allowed to enjoy the innocence of childhood longer.

JaneS

Cathy did go to the Amish market and I went with her.  We got a container of Bryer's Coffee flavor ice cream to share so we can both try the sweet bread with it.  I have 2 small loaves ready to go in the oven as soon as it beeps.  Since I had to put my half of the ice cream in a container anyway, I decided to use that one and save the Mint Chocolat chip for later in the week.

I got some other good bargains and I'm a happy shopper!

Larry, I'm going to check out those containers too.  I have some but I only use them for storage.  I take the food out and put it on a plate to reheat.  I don't trust the containers.  It would save dishes to use Pat's kind.

Ooops, the oven is ready.  I'll report later on the flavor.

Larry, Tom is much younger than you (he's 61) and he burns his candle at both ends.  I am trying to get him to slow down.  Fortunately, my needs are few but he does a lot for and with friends.  It is the "for" I'd like him to do less.  Helping others is a wonderful trait, but he comes home exhausted and doesn't have instant recovery.  I really want him to last longer than I do.

The containers that Pat uses sound good and I'm going to look into them.  We sometimes have enough left over from a meal that would make another meal.

As for robots replacing so many people, soon, it seems to me, the only workers will be those who invent something that they can manufacture themselves.  It sounds good, but I fear for so many workers being displaced with no where to go.

Lloyd, your back may not be good but your mind seems to be working good.

I feel fortunate that when I wake up, I know it is me in my bed, June, so I hope you find yourself in your bed this morning.  It is nearly 9:30 am your time now.

Jane, I commented on Emma in another folder; she is a cutie.

Being Saturday, there is a lot of activity at Grand Haven today, many boats, some surf boards and there are people on the beach although you can't see many for the trees.

good morning neighbors !That other June  woke up whirring brain , so I paused then started to bathroom and nearly tipped over,so paused and carefully continued on to do the necessaries. As the morning moves along I'm feeling more normal. I will go down for a  b.p. check.

I'm messing up with the lap top so rather than get angry, I'll give it a rest,

Gloria

Good morning everyone, could be I am finally feeling more rested since a week ago when My DIL took me shopping. Was sluggish all week and then going to the vampire this past Thursday was bad. #2 son came after work yesterday because he has work to do today. Grandson is having the 3rd birthday party for my greatgrand today. Rain in forecast and possible thunderstorms later. Hope that doesn't happen till everyone leaves the party because it will be held outside. Monday I have a doctor appointment so no CNA that day. Monday is also an inspection by the fire chief here. He doesn't check all of them but mine has not been checked since I have been here. He comes in the late morning and my ride will pick my up at noon. Hope that will be the end of going out  for awhile. This old woman cannot take it anymore.

LLOYD  I am older than you but you had rougher roads than me.I never had accidents like you had.

LARRY  I know I have to keep moving or spend the rest  of my like in a wheelchair or in be. I will be asking for different pain pills Monday, the ones I have just do not work at all anymore and I dislike  taking them. All are based on the ingridiens in Tylenol  and  Tylenol never worked for me. No one seems  to care. Those freezer dishes sound great to me. I like freezing meals for later and one CNA is a good cook. Do you have the link for them?

JANE  at least the nearest Walmart here still has people at the checkouts. At least the last time I was there a few months ago.

BUBBLE  thanks for the link.

JANE Emma is beautiful.  She sure looks like she is interested in something out that window.   AMY  cherries around here are almost $6.00  pound. I only bought 1 pound but they were very good. Will not get more.

LLOYD  like that strong back and weak mind.  Well my back is weak now does it mean my brain in now strong?

LARRY  I did not want to get out of bed this morning either, woke just after 6 and rolled over and fell asleep and next time I woke was 11am. Now I just finished breakfast or should I call it brunch?

JANE  I never put plastic containers with food in the microwave. I freeze in the plastic containers and make sure the food in cold before putting in the containers.

MARY ANN  like you I worry about my younger son. He works hard and goes home and does the laundry and all the cooking. His wife and daughter do nothing. I can see how tired he is when he comes here every week end and I keep telling him he does not have to. I think coming here is a break for him. When I lived in the apartment in his house her would come upstairs after getting home from work and seemed to like talking about his day. My oldest grandson, my daughter's oldest son  42, works long hours at times 70 hours a week. He is a bachelor with a house, a fixer upper, that he is working on.He and my son are both working much too hard.

JUNE  just take it easy. we want you around a long time with us.

Think it is way past time for me to get dressed for the day.

Gloria, I went down to have my b.p checked and it was a better reading. Nurse wanted to have some tests done, so she pricked my finger and that was a good reading
then had the lab come in and draw two vials of blood, then she gave me what was used for a urinalysis but those tests haven't come back yet. I feel much, much better this evening so perhaps the  dizziness is going away.I may go down for a Hymn singalong after supper.

Have a good evening dear friends . Hugs, Love and Prayers. June

Good Evening Everyfriend!  I did attack the weeds and I made my way about 2/3 of the way around the fence before I tuckered out.  So I left the weed whacker there and went inside to do some things.

Then the guy called to say they would like to deliver my new FREE freezer tomorrow morning sometime between 8 and noon.  I hesitated because I usually go to church at 8.  But I quickly decided that if God had figured a way for me to get a FREE freezer, he'd understand if I stayed home to welcome it.  So, if you think of it, say an extra prayer on my behalf.

After I STUFFED the freezer in my fridge and confined all the rest of my freezer contents to a plastic crate and a basket, I fed the dogs and myself and was watching a movie on TV.  I remembered that my weed whacker was still in the yard.  So I went out and decided I had a little energy left and went on down the fence.  It didn't take me long to figure out that I was out of whatever that stuff is that cuts the weeds.  So I've had a short reprieve until I can get to the hardware store for a new spool.

And that's the rest of my day.  Was it Paul Harvey who used to say "An that's the rest of the story"?  Good night, sweet dreams and a good tomorrow to all of you.

Shirley

I came to yell for help & find y'all have been very busy & interesting today & almost forgot my question.

Jane, FREE is a beautiful word & hope this is a for real moment and can hardly wait to hear the rest of the story~~ I do think God will understand.  I missed church last Sunday because of a dead battery & then managed to sleep through the morning, thought I was only going to nap. Sleeping is much more regular in winter when cats can run outside during the day & we all sleep at night.

Gloria, guess we can't understand these "girls" that don't think marriage & working is a partnership.... I had a rule that "if Dad was working, nobody could sit & watch TV or do nothing.... everyone checked to see if they could be of help.  I figured we all had our 8 hour day, just like he did, so after hours we could keep on working as long as he did.  They all learned what it was to have a "regular" job and what it took to keep house, cars & clothes up & running.  My hours started before theirs & lasted long after they all went to bed, but I did take a little time out during the day to paint & earn extra money. Taking care of the house, food & all was MY JOB & I put in more than any 8 hours, for sure, but that is the way my husband wanted it.

Mary Ann, my oldest son also helps everyone (including me)... I pay him serious money or tell him I won't let him know if I have a problem and "he'll feel bad if I get cheated".  He will be 58 in Nov., my daughter is 62.  My youngest son will come whenever I call him for help but makes no bones about not having enough time to do things I can hire done.  Last week I asked him if he had time to adjust a couple sprinkler heads for me (something he could do in his sleep), knowing just the service call is $100 & time & parts would have been extra.... so I insisted he take the $100 & felt it justified... but I had to insist because I called & he came!  Like I tell them when they help, "I have 3 kids & when one does something to help & not the others... I feel better paying them NOW".  I know when my parents needed help a sister & brother that lived closest did a lot more than I did & they were rewarded. Like you, it's nice to have "family" to depend on.

OH, almost forgot what I wanted to ask.  I have a new sweatshirt with zipper from top to bottom.... & that little tab at the bottom, the part that fits into the slider... came off in the washer.  Boo-hoo... I've Googled & can't find anything that looks like it & don't know what it is called. Not the "stopper" for the slider but other side that slides in to let it zip. I find zipper repair kits but to me they don't look like that little metal (metal zipper) on the opposite side of the slider.... is included in any kit.  I have a down coat that lost the same part & can't tell you how many other items over the years that have been broken the same way.  I think probably because the slider part is stronger & when I sit down in the car & zipper closed, it pulls against that little piece & the item is left with a little kind of melted plastic over the fabric on the zipper but metal part missing. Anyone know what it's called?  Not worth paying to have it repaired, if it can be done it can't be that difficult if I can find the part.  All suggestions welcome!

Weather guesser says we will have T-storms during the night so going to try to barricade cats in the other end of the house so I don't have to worry about them or have them wake me up to check radar like last night!  Sweet dreams & God Bless..... Shirley

Lloyd Hammond

well I am just up for a drink of water, dry mouth from breathing Machine,And
Back for some more ZZZ's. weather guesser says thunder storms for us , but
none so far. would be nice tho. we are very dry here. sweet dreams for the rest of the night I hope.

Shirley

Lloyd, I woke up to thunder & lightning... one cat at the door came rushing in but the other must be hunkered down in his favorite hidey hole & won't come out until it's all over.  Computer shows radar faster than TV & it is really all bright red/yellow & green.  So far we have 74 mph winds just to the west, entering Wichita & looks like plenty more to come.  Be glad to send it on your way but right now it is going to MY southeast.  I'd better go get flashlights ready.  Like you, we need the rain.... BUT......got a feeling this is one of those times you'd better watch what you pray for!

Good morning everyone.

Looks like more rain here, wish I could send it to Lloyd!

Need to check on a chipping sparrow baby, found him last evening when I went to the garden. Picked him up and put him in the open trailer for safety but ended up getting a plant pot, lining it with soft fur and hope he made it through the night.

Shirley would like help to find the right part?

http://www.zippersource.com/parts/

If you have a fabric store, sewing centre near take your top with you and see if they can tell you where to find the parts. You may even find a lady to fix it for you.

Roley, thank you for the lovely tour.Nice to not have to leave home to see this.

Jane, I hope these fellows will take your old freezer away and you won't have to deal with it.

Enjoy your day everyone..

JaneS

Good morning Everyfriend!  I'm up and dressed and ready for my delivery this morning.

ROLEY, thank you for the cathedral tour this morning.  I'm going to miss church this morning and I'm wondering if my visit to Yorkminster might count in my favor?

SHIRLEY, it truly IS a FREE freezer.  Our electric utility company has a program that sends people out to do an energy check of Seniors homes.  I filled out the paper work months ago and about 2 weeks ago a very nice gentleman called to ask if that day was ok for the energy check.  They check your windows, light bulbs, water faucets, appliances and much more.  His check took about an hour and a half and then he DID things.  The result was that all my appliances passed except my freezer which was very old.  He ordered a new one for me.  He also changed about 20 light bulbs to the new kind they are recommending that are super expensive.  He cleaned the coils on my A/C, wrapped the pipes on my water heater, installed a gas detector, put water saving devices on all my faucets, and I'm sure I've forgotten something.  The FREE freezer is the result of his visit!

I ran across this program by accident and you can apply on line.  when I did, I remember thinking, "I'm probably not eligible".  Seems I am.

Right now, the doggies are waiting for the boinger for their breakfast and I'm trying to move some things out of his way.  Also need to clean up my office a bit.

Enjoy your day Everyfriend!

ADDED NOTE:  AMY, you have to sign a paper that they can remove the old freezer that didn't pass the energy check so it doesn't reappear in use and continue to sap energy.  When I told my daughter that she said "Is that MY old freezer?"  I said, "Yes, I hope you don't want it back."  Her answer..."NO WAY"

Hi Everyone.Hi everyone.  It is a bright and sunny morning with some possibility of rain later today.  The only thing on my schedule for today is Church this morning.  Pat will not be going as she has been fighting a cold for the last two or three days.  After Church I will pick up something to eat for our main meal of the day.  I did attend my meeting yesterday morning and then stopped at Arby's for lunch and the rest of the day was pretty quiet.  I did prepare the salads for our salad dinner last night.

I am going to run out of time this morning so will have to come back later today to read the postings and add any comments I want to make regarding them.

larryhanna

I am posting this for Jenny who emailed me yesterday saying she wasn't having any success.  When I tried I got error messages and the same result this morning but since I was able to post above will just retype what she sent:

Oh my...have I ever had a hard time posting.  I wrote a post Thursday night that would not post...and it has kept me locked into that spot...I could never post the post, but when you all started posting again I was able to read them all.  Relogged in, and was lag, here I am!

LARRY, yes we can adjust the range and we can watch what the doorbell and camera out front sees for 5 days... but we have to pay for this service.  The camera out front will track the movement.  We continue to adjust the front one to make sure it is showing us only what we want.  It is an expensive TOY, but there is an amount of security to it as well.  We are enjoying them!

Jane smiling for you as I see you did get to go to the Amish Market today!

CAROL, what wonderful news you have shared about your daughter.

LLOYD, we reminisce ALL the time, and it is shocking how many of our friends and loved ones are gone!  I posted about getting a call from one of my closest first Cousins Thursday Night, from the care home where she has been moved to.  She was so upset and crying that I could hardly understand her.  She was scared and did not know who of her children moved her there---it was an awful conversation.  She has dementia and after having a hip replacement and being in rehab for two weeks the powers that be said she was to sever to return to her home to live alone.  These "rusting years" sure aren't what we all might have hoped for.  The worst part of this I feel is, she cared for her husband that had Parkinson's for years...he passed away in April and she just went down hill fast from there.  Very sad!

JUNE, I am sorry the "June Impostor" has been taking over your life...You made me happy when I read you are more than willing to try to use your lapatop.  I think you are doing GREAT and we sure enjoy your posts.

We are trying to decide when we are going to go to Vail to stay with Kurt and the boys.  I want to go today, but hubby is dragging his feet!

Tomorrow is our 51st Wedding Anniversary...how a year has passed since our BIG party is beyond me.  The speed that time is passing it is frightening me!

You all enjoy your Saturday.

Jenny

Shirley if you can take the high winds out of it and send the rain on. we only have had 2 tenth so far it is cloudy still so pray god lets it leak without the wind.
I slept in big time this AM. never woke up until 1/4 after nine. broke eggs in skillet with butter. kept raising up the edge and letting it run under until I had it where i could flip it over. then i put it on a flower tortilla shell with some pickle relish rolled it up and ate it. it relay hit the spot. have a great day everyone.

A good Sunday to all.

I am happy to see that I truly can now post.  Thank you, LARRY, for posting my message for me.  I sure did not mean for you to have to retype it to get it posted.

Today has been very nice being in Vail with Son Kurt and the two grand boys!  We were made the most delicious breakfast.  We went into Vail to the farmers market......so many vendors and so many people.  Unbelievable.  Kurt took us to our favorite German Restaurant for a early dinner, then we rode the gondola to the top of Vail Mountain.  It was a spectacular view.  We certainly enjoyed our 51st Wedding Anniversary.

We are sitting out on the deck listening and watching Gore Creek.  There are dozens of Hummingbird flying all around.  I wish I could take a few of them home with me as we have very few this year.

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Sunday.

Hello Everyfriend!  I'm just checking in before I get ready for bed.  It's been a busy day and tomorrow will also be busy.  My plan is to get to bed a bit early.

My new freezer arrived this morning and transferring everything gave me a chance to take inventory.  So now I know what I have but it wasn't an easy job.

Tomorrow I have a session at the hospital Balance Center to try to deal with the "rocks in my head" that threw me off balance last week.  Then I have a 4 hour shift behind the checkout at WM.  Wish me smiles!

Good Night my friends.  Sleep peacefully and wake refreshed.  God be with you!

Good night and sweet dreams. hope to see you all tomorrow. we still need rain bad , it keep's fizzling out before it gets here. we did get two tenths last night
but it did not even settle the dust. we did make another batch of home made
ice cream to keep care of our sweet teeth.

Happy Anniversary to Jenny & Bob!  Sounds like a perfect day & I can picture it, having been there in Vail a number of times myself. I have not been to that Farmer's Market but would be top of my list of "to dos".

Jane, I've heard about those power check ups & so glad it worked for you!  After Cas died I caught sales on those LED lights & replaced about every light in the house.  The people we bought the house from had big power guzzlers (like 10 of the 150 watt recessed in the master bedroom suite).... so bright I never turned them on because we preferred the floor lamps with 3 way bulbs by LazyBoys to read & other lamps by computer, etc.) With the LEDs I figure I won't have to replace them for 20 years & I'm in a new world. My electric bill really dropped, such as I had a $200. bill this month & neighbor complained about her $400. for about same size house. Good for you taking charge!  My plan for getting to bed early fizzled out.... I had a good nap, woke up to youngest son calling & now time to feed cats (& me) before going back to bed. A day of rest for me! Good thoughts for your rocks in your head... hope it's nothing serious.

Larry, thanks for keeping all of us together... helping everyone (like posting for Jenny).... You have a busy life compared with mine. I am a real "slug" during the summer months & know I should be doing more walking to keep muscles stronger but can't push myself to use the treadmill.  Got a whole room of work out equipment & it doesn't do it on it's own!   :crazy2:

Must go check on cats, they didn't get their walk to the river tonight.... they are outside & may run away from home as much as they have been neglected today!  Sweet dreams & God Bless to all.

Lloyd, you "snuck" in here as I tried to post.  We got about half an inch last night so... better than nothing!

JaneS

Good Morning Everyfriend!  And Good Morning also from Amy.  I had an email from her saying that she is also getting the error message when she tries to post.  I think she's feeling isolated!  I hope she works it out and gets back to join us.

I'll be off to the Balance Center this morning.  I sure hope they find something they can fix.

JENNY, it sounds like you had a lovely day to celebrate your Anniversary.  I'm happy for you and Bob.

I'll try to check back but if I can't it's going to be a busy day.  Enjoy yours!

Well I almost wrote a book yesterday but like Jenny found I could not post either. That error message is not nice to see.Hope it does this morning. Not much time to talk today. Fire chief will be here this morning to check apartments for clutter and fire hazards. He only checks a few of them by random. Have to shower soon. Doctor appointment at noon so hope he and the witch are out of here before I leave.
I move slow these days so I better get moving to be ready for my ride. Wish me luck at getting better medication or something to ease this darn pain.

Hi Everyone.  We have another overcast morning with only a low percentage chance of rain today.  Yesterday we had some thunder but no showers in our neighborhood.  It looks like we will stay in the upper 80's this afternoon.  The weather forecast says we are in for very heavy rains this week. We had a very good Sunday School and Church Service yesterday.  Our new Associate Minister gave an excellent sermon, the first time he preached in our Church, as our regular pastor was up in North Carolina on a well earned weeks vacation last week.  My calendar is clear for today other than getting Pat's breakfast when she arises this morning.

It looks like Michael did his usual great work and has us back and running as of yesterday evening.  I did come back and read the postings I didn't have time to read yesterday morning but in the late afternoon still hadn't been able to post.

Lloyd, nice to see you were able to get some good sleep yesterday.  I never thought of using pickle relish with eggs.

Jenny, I was just glad that I was finally able to get your message posted yesterday.  I have no idea why I couldn't just copy and paste from your email but sure there is some reasonable explanation.  It sounds like you are having a marvelous time in Vail with your son and the boys.  Many years ago when our kids were still teenagers we spent a night in Vail on a vacation we took to Colordao.  At that time they pretty much rolled up the sidewalks during the summer and we even had a problem finding a place to eat.  However, the scenery was beautiful and I was glad we had that experience.

Jane, is your new freezer an upright or chest type?  Did you find some treasures in your old freezer that you had forgotten about.  I remember that my folks had one and if things were left in the chest freezer too long they would get freezer burn.  I sure hope the Balance Center helps you today with the dizziness and your shift at Walmart is not a hard one.

Shirley, it sounds like your switching to LED lights was a wise investment for you.  I have a couple of those bulbs in lamps.  Pat and I each have a strong reading light on a stand next to our recliners that can be used when reading.  Otherwise we just use the table lamps, which don't have strong bulbs in them.  No way does my life compare with how busy you always seem to be.  My few activities away from home relate to driving somewhere and basically sitting until time to come home, except for the occasional trip to the grocery store.  Other than from some morning chores and then trying to help Pat out where I can I really don't do much in the house.  I do no yard work and other than making my bed in the morning and keeping the kitchen clean and straitened up I don't' do much else. Sometimes I do use a lot of words to describe doing not very much.  I am sure your cats are not likely to run away as they know who spoils them and feeds them so well.

Gloria, I sure hope your doctor today will be able to do something for you to lessen the pain.

I had an email from Amy this morning saying she was experiencing problems and asked me to post her message:
======
Good morning everyone.  Going to be a lovely day here, morning temp was 47 and no humidity!!  We have already been to town and back picked up meds and got more corn for the neighbor and us.

Jenny, sounds like you had the perfect day for your anniversary....may you be blessed with many more!!

Jane, I also hope they can fix your problem.  Just don't try to move too fast, make calculated moves till you get the ok things are right again.

Larry, hope Pat is feeling better today.

Shirley, I don't think your cats will leave you, they know they have the best place to live plus they are well loved, not spoiled just loved.

Joy, hope you are having a good day.

Carol, good morning.  Are you working on any projects?  I have started another quilt but I fear this one is going to take a while.  Tis a scrappy nine patch on point.

Gloria, I too hope they can give you something for the pain...sure would make life a little easier for you.

Hope this one posts now.

Enjoy your day everyone.

I had to come back and share this link to a wonderful and inspiring video I just watched.  It will inspire you and hope help make your day.  It is called "the Wisest Person I Ever Met".

LARRY, I've seen that video before and I enjoyed it again.  Thank you!

I'm home from the Balance Center and all my 'rocks" are back in place.  She was so good and she explained everything as she went and then she gave it all to me in writing to take home so I don't have to remember it all for my daughter.  She had high compliments for the Dr. who did the manipulation in his office.  However, one thing came out that changed my thinking.  I thought it was my left ear causing the problems but it's my right ear.  I misunderstood but she said the Dr. knew what he was doing.  She's been doing this therapy for 19 years and she's very good at it.

She also told me that she wants to do everything she can to keep this from bothering me any more because she can see how healthy I am and that I enjoy life.  She said, whatever she can do, she will.  What a nice compliment for an old lady!

I finished all my errands and I have a nice piece of pheasant marinating for later.  When I work in the evening, I try to have a good dinner before I go to work.  It seems to make the job easier.

LARRY, thanks for posting for AMY today.  She emailed me about her problem and I did include a message in my earlier posting.

GLORIA, good luck with your dr. visit.  I hope you have good news for us when you get back.

Hope everyfriend's day is going well.  Enjoy!
