Lloyd, we have had a cloudy day, all day. our high was in the low 70's. I love it ! We did get just a trace of sprinkles this morning.

Nothing new here. I did go down for one program which was enjoyable. I will be going down for supper soon, then on to listen to The Ultimate Duo, a husband and wife. She plays piano and he the soft drums. A truly delightful couple. I won't be doing any dancing tonight,  but they do play a few sing-alongs, where we all join in.

Molly, this family's farm is just a couple of miles from where I live.  And what they had at the stand was beautiful.  They also had an array of home baked goodies...lots of small pies that would be the perfect size for one old lady living alone.  And the green peppers were a few cents less than the ones in the grocery store but twice as big and less wrinkled.  I'll definitely be going there again.

And now I'm off to Dreamland.  Good Night Everyfriend.  Sleep peacefully and wake refreshed to a good tomorrow.  God Bless Us Every One!

Janie, How I wish we had some of your good small farm veggies out here. When I first moved to Hemet we did have a Saturday shopping in a city parking lot, but the fresh veggies and fruit did not look all that great. There was one booth that had scrumptious home baked bread, but a lot of the stuff was from Mexico, and nothing I could use. They were there to make money, not to appeal to the customers taste for good fresh stuff.

What an enjoyable evening we had. First a good supper of lazagna, green veggies, icream sundaes, and coffee. (they make the tastiest coffee here), then on to enjoy the Ultimate Duo. She is from the Philipines. Has been playing piano since she was four years of age. Does not use music...it is all in her mind her heart and she can play anything asked for. Her husband is much younger that she, but it seems to be a true love affair. He has a strong singing voice, and has had two strokes in his mid years. He told me the stroke came from stem cell at the base of his skull. Sounds really scary to me, but he sings beautifully.

Now I am home. Had a chocolate cookie and a half glass of milk, so it is time to get ready for bed. Have a good, good night dear ones, and a happy tomorrow. I send you Prayers where needed, Hugs and Love. June
