Now i played a little but it never came up right.  I was trying to do it to be like your. Did the Bold in black first and tried to change the size of print to 14. This here is 12.   If you have your on Word pad can you just clik it and send it to my EM and I will just put the code on and save so I don't have to do it every time.  I must be doing something wrong . I can change the colour easy.

Jeanne, you need to click at the same time on all the changes you want to make - color, size, bold...  whatever, clicking them all one after the other so that they are "nested", then type in the very middle so that you have ] before your typing and [ after it.

[ b][ size=14pt][ color=red]type here[ /color][ /size][ /b] (without the spaces) and get

type here

I type my post then highlight it.  I go up to B (bold), over to Change Color (blue), then post.  If I want to change the font, I do it before I post.

O.K I changed the Font. colour and did it in Bold.  Would not want to have to do it all the time.

If you do it all the time as I do it, it becomes automatic, you don't even think about it!

Hi everyone.  We are expecting our high today to be in the mid-90's so will be a good day to spend the afternoon inside where it is cool. 

Yesterday turned out to be a great day as felt like my old self and really enjoyed coffee with the guys and the Wisdom group.  Pat finally completed a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that was very difficult as the pieces were cut in really odd shapes.  She has been working on it for several weeks. 

About the only thing on the schedule for today is that Pat has a 10:15 doctor's appointment.  I probably won't go with her as we have been there several times and the route, while taking about 25 minutes, is an easy one.  This will be the furthest she will have struck out on her own since we moved here.

Mary Ann, that sounds like a good plan on buying breakfast and sure you get enjoyment out of treating Tom and Terry once a month.

Shirley, I see Jeanne provided the instruction for the coding so won't repeat it.

Patricia, all of those twins to be born at about the same time in the same family is really something.  I am not aware of any twins in my family line don't recall that Pat had any in her line.

JeanneP, I am sending your an email that I hope will help you.  Jeanne Lee, Mary Ann and others have  provided some good detail in their postings.  In my email to you I forgot to mention that I save this code in WordPad to my Desktop so I can easily copy it each day as I start to post in the discussions.[/size=14pt][/color=black]

Mary Ann.  I find that I don't have to sit at computer with my reading glasses on
when it is in Bold.  Bet will be a lot of people out at the Grand Haven Beach this
  weekend.  (95 deg here is to hot for me.)

Jeanne, I do have computer glasses for the computer and they do help. 

I looked at Grand Haven and could see some people, but the trees get in the way.  My indoor/outdoor thermometer reads 85 degrees here and I just turned on the a/c.

Tom's bed came today and I ventured downstairs to see it set up.  I managed to get on it and it is very comfortable.  It is a twin XL and Tom bought new bedding for it.  He needs such a bed for his back.  He's anxious to try it out tonight and doesn't have time this afternoon.

Good Morning from a sunny day in the Interior. This is unexpected and hopefully a game changer!

Farrah has really turned a corner, she is still staying out and she has given me her trust. By that I mean, she hops up on the couch beside me, turns the other way and goes to sleep, not even stirring if I get up and leave. That is actually huge for her.

Today, I yelled at her because she was eyeing the plant table and getting ready to jump. I also squirted her with the vinegar water. Instead of rushing to the bedroom and under the bed, she gave me a look, then came over and presented her back as she does when wanting it rubbed and scratched.

She trusts me. No meows, love of catnip or marking, probably not ever, but that trust is huge!

As to the typing styles, I simply either type the coding first or if I forget, I go back and place it at the beginning and end.

Angel, if you forgot, then just highllight your typing and click on the code you want.  It will place itself at beginning and end. Easy!

Nope, none of the above hints worked.  But I tried writing on my old computer & got what I wanted.  I wonder if it is the fault of windows 10, or?  Sigh

Shirley, if you want to type your message in BOLD or ITALIC, simply place [ b ] before and [ / b ]  or ( i) after your message. Of course, delete the spaces in the coding.

Don, Rick, Jack and others have all mentioned trouble with the Edge browser. not showing codes and other issues. If you are using Edge, you might want to try Fox or Chrome if you can't still use Internet Explorer as a browser.

Bubble, that doesn't work unless you always click on Modify at the top right of your post.

So I guess that is what I will have to do in order to use those commands.  Still do not know if it is this windows 10 doing it, or something I have done.

[ b ]  [color= red ]This is where you post.[/ color ][ /font ][ /b ] Take out all of the spaces so all the codes work.  Notice the slash mark / before each word in the end process.

It's not Windows 10 as that's what I have.
