Oldiesmann: Finally got the AmazonBot situation under control. I basically changed some server settings to tell AmazonBot that it's not allowed to access anything on the site. That should fix the speed issues we've been experiencing lately

These backgrounds are mainly from Portuguese and Brazilian sites.  They are much more imaginative than what is usually seen in English.French sites.

I agree with your comment on the last graphic.  I felt the background needed something joyous but had nothing on files that could express that joie de vivre.

Marilyn

Oh my  I waited too long to come back and look at all the beautiful images, so I can't say  much about each one but Phyllis I do like your Cityscape, I too get so tired of the  women on the tuts, That's why I quite doing tutorials and mostly just use thew backgrounds on some of them just going my own way. doing  things like asian, Streampunk, Flowers,  animals  stuff like that. I do some womes but really am not much of a fan.

Gloria

Well Ladies, my external is working at last. I really was having fits thinking of all the years of collecting things for PSP might be lost. Myson was here yesterday and I asked him to move around some of the wires into different ports and suddenly there it was showing up again.  I think my grson was worn out from the day when he was here. After working on computers for his work I know he does not like doing it on his own time but he really has helped me a lot. I think I know have the computer set up just the way I want it.

PATRICIA  I like the first  one, don't care for the pink with the red. Glad you are taking lessons again and getting back to PSP. You and Phyllis both. Your imagination was one of the things that amazed me with some of the creations you did so long ago. I know I always enjoyed taking lessons, always something new to learn.

BUBBLE  I know I missed everyone here but never thought I would be missed. I was getting back into the swing of doing tuts again but might be a few days before I settle down and get started again. I did have a few ready to post when this PC had to go sour. Must say HP was better than Dell was with the lemon they sold me. I had more problems with that one. Think I paid my tech more to keep it running than I paid for it and that was about $900. Like the purple and blue, love the way those colors look together, your tube in the other one is a nice splash of color. You know me I usually like pastel colors and frames have always been my favorites. I did sigh up for Winni's frame tuts when she started those but they were too ornate and very wide so I dropped out.

Can someone tell me why you are posting only 1 to a post? We always did 3 before. Did something change or what? Some are looking bigger than the size we used before. Is it my eyes of the PC that makes it look that way?

PHYLLIS  I have seen some thumb drives advertised with 64 gigs but quite expensive.  My first external was full so I got this one with 2T and it is still not half full even with all I have on it. I think I should plug the old one in and reformat it and copy my PSP things to it as back up. Never enough ports on computers. I did buy a thing, don't know what it is called that plugs into a port and it gives me 4 ports to use. You would think with so many things to plug into computers now they would make them with a lot more. I think if I was doing that lesson I would have picked white o maybe an animal smelling the flowers.

PATRICIA  where I was I have shelves next to the desk and had the tower on the top one. Worked great. Here it is on my right instead of the left and would be to close to where the heat comes in. Since I cannot do much with my left arm it would be impossible for me to do anything with it there. I find being at my computer with my cyber friends more interesting than going down stairs to be with other residents. Someone will always start talking about someone who wasn't there and not nicely either.  I don't like back stabbers or gossips.

BUBBLE  love your Sweet Spring, everything about it.

PHYLLIS  love what you did with that lesson. I seldom use people in what I do. Those darn posers some people use really disgust me.

PATRICIA  I like both lessons, colors and images.

BUBBLE  why do you think I use so many scenes. Great BG and colors on Lica Cida, sane with Violetta.

PHYLLIS  we has about 15 seconds of sun this morning and they it started raining again. 8 days in a row. I celebrated Mother's day yesterday with both sons and will talk to my daughter on Skype later like we do every day. Hope everyone here is enjoying the day with family.

PATRICIA  Thanks for this link, I do enjoy making stationery.

I do enjoy seeing so many creation in here once again.  Just like old times when we had so many doing PSP.

I wanted to do this tut, except that two key graphics saying they were PSP2 were not allowed and another tube would not work with the tut. Perhaps another one could try this tut?

Gloria, I do mine at 650 pix nos, since we are allowed bigger.  It looks nicer I think.
As for more in a post, nothing was ruled, so I think one can see better when by itself.  Plus it is easier to post!

Great Jamie.  I should play more... I wish I had more hours in the day.

  Gloria, I really like the frame on Alien World which to me looks suspiciously like the American Southwest,(Utah?); ... :coolsmiley:  The Glass Mask frame is beautiful and the graphic of sailing ships complements that. I really like the colors and styles of both frames!

Phyllis, I really like Jamie and the slightly somber mood and style of the frame really set off the graphic you've used!  I play too much! I need to do more tuts but the three I tried today from Beautiful PSP and Tubespack, just didn't work out even with the English translations, tubes not accepted, effects not available because of earlier PSP programs or simply not accepted by my antivirus.

Then after doing lesson #9, Dropbox has frozen Wini's account due to too much use. So it's back to playing and game on!

Gloria, I agree with Bubble, you can look at the graphic easier this way. I'm glad you enjoyed the stationary links.  Did you get my email?

Played around with two after more graphic tuts failed.

Farrah finally stayed out long enough for a couple of photos. Looking at them made me realize she looks so much like Beau who died in 2011 after 12 years. I also included one last goodbye photo of Sarah.

Great coloring in the  framed seascape Angel.  The next one looks as if it was dropped in a filled sink! lol
As for the third, I am oh puzzling what puts the the two graphics together.  She does not look dressed for riding.  But I like very much the general composition. Plus the colors work well together.

Glass Mask frame - Gloria.  Very interesting. I can't guess how you did it. The little gold adds to it and is not obtrusive.

Angel, when I try to download the supplies for the Winni lessons I keep getting the message that the group is generating too much traffic and has been blocked by Dropbox, too.  Several others in the Yahoo messages for the group has said the same thing.  I hope they can fix it soon so that we can get the supplies for each lesson downloaded.  You are much better at playing around than I am.

Nice, Bubble.  Iced Kaleidoscope is eye-catching.

Angel, not sure what you were doing with the little child in the "washed out" picture but liked the background effects in the one with the woman and the horse.

Gloria, it is so nice to see you back.

Gloria, how nice to see you back again, participating and showing your creative tuts and beautiful frames! I watched you and Bubble post for so long and I was so glad to be finally doing PSP again! Now it is becoming so enjoyable posting and watching to see what comes next with you, Bubble and Phyllis!

The little boy in the washed out graphic is the result of my playing with filters, a magpie's way of testing this one and that, just because. The woman and the horse perfectly illustrate the reason we were discussing female tubes. Stick one in a tut, no matter how incongruous. At least she is covered, not like the nude sideways posed ones I've seen lately!

I started to do the horse and then began to try finagled masks and sections and more filters, still playing and changing and re doing others, discarding, adding until I reached what you saw there. No real rhyme or reason..

I'm sending #9 in this morning, have received notes passing one through eight so will wait until the drop box issue gets resolved I suppose.

Bubble, Iced Kaleidoscope is very nice, coloring and effects! It's  like looking outside a stained glass window.

With Let me love you, I envy that couples tube! The graphic has features in the background that I have seen in other tuts. Very nicely done and a lot of technical work put in it's background! A very nicely finished graphic!

Bubble, I like everything about the graphic for Gloria, Twila Meister! Everything works well together and in presentation!

Malacka's site has a number of male tubes that are fully dressed.   http://malackaoldala.weebly.com/feacuterfi

I also really like Acacia's frame and in just that shade. Are the corners from the tut? I really need to find some various ones again.

I have been playing again but haven't mastered how to present a large enough canvas for my already finished graphics. I know the frames shown here are too different but it is another attempt, not a finished product. So in conclusion, Space....

Here is the second space with just the three tubes and Flaming Pear, Filters Unlimited2 and Alien Skin7 used. With my perspective and depth perception issues, it is hard to juxtapose three graphics together after they have been worked, ignoring the jarring colors, as shown in the above graphic, #530.

This has been a subpar day, only 1:33 pm, not enough sleep and no inspiration...

Marilyn

Such lovely work ladies. I am not good at critiquing other peoples graphics, I just know how to say what I like, I never mention not liking something. But tonight I am not commenting at all.

We went  to get the marriage license today. The wedding is May 22nd with planning that and the  Therapy dog visits with my dog I m pretty busy.

so_P_bubble

Angel, last framing is good!

And no, the corners do not belong to that framing tut, I usually do not like what is given.
You need any corners? what kind: gold, silver, flowers,  asymmetric?

angelface555

Bubble I have eight gold corners so I'll take anything you're going to give! Thanks. Did you see all the male tubes at Malacka's? She has landscapes, cityscapes, seasonable landscapes and lots of other tubes besides just women.

Emma's background is quite intricate, lots of detail work there and the pastels bring it together.

Mutante, is another graphic that has a lot of work but looks deceptively simple! I like it best for the dramatic coloring!

Karen, my mod has offered to email me the supplies for the next three lessons and I suppose all the mods will be doing that while the dropbox recovers from the over use.

Yesterday was one for putting it all out there. I don't always post only polished work, often I post ideas and or attempts at ideas. Thank you for liking my frame. I was leaning towards the simpler black border because I felt the frame may have been too heavy for the graphic.
