Bread didn't get made nor the Chelsea buns but always another day. Company is coming in a bit so must admit I am glad I didn't get caught in a doughy mess!!
Weather has been a mixed bag, cloudy,snowy then the sun pops out and makes everything great!

Bubble, how are you feeling? Much better I hope!

Don'tDont know if I've been missed here, but if not, I spent 9 wonderful, do nothing days at my daughter's.  We had a good time, mostly eating.  I introduced her to two more of my favorite British Mysteries.  And boy did she ever get involved quickly.  I also had a surprise bout with a non-accident related sprained ankle. It is just popped up, pain, swelling, redness and I hadn't done a thing to encourage that.  Anyway, daughter proved to be excellent care-giver, wrapping ankle, cold then hot, elevating it. I kind of hobbled around, for a little bit using a walker to maintain balance.  It seems all better now, but I realize how swiftly us elders can get besieged by some unknown ailment.  Anyway, I hope I was missed; I sure missed reading all your posts and other stuff on my computer, who stayed at home. LOL.  My daughter's gift to me (if you all can believe it) was the Taylor Swift Eras Book.  She said I could now be designated, formally, as a "Swiftie". Hope this brand new year finds you all happy, healthy, and prosperous enough to afford groceries! Wow, that's getting terrible. And gasoline just went up!
