Sachiko.  Now I thought that you had Weight Watchers over in your area also.  They seem to be sort of like MacDonalds shoot up Everywhere. If so Try them. very small. Few Cal. and good.

Jean I have not had the temp gadget since I came to the new site.   Do not know the routine and never tried to do.   Our temp is now 85, we had a storm pass, did not get the rain.   Headed for the park.   Knew Jessie wanted it (me too)  When I would leave her out during the day she did her thing and wanted right back in instead of taking some time in the yard.

JeanneP, I was much busier and am sorry not to be able to access here.
Even if I have many calories the food, I do not mind the calorie. Because even if I eat slightly a lot, I am a person getting thinner immediately.

I bought one bowl of ｇeranium 50 years ago. And I cut a branch of geranium and planted a cutting and increased bowls of geranium.
There were many geraniums in my garden in Yokohama, but brought only one bowl to my house in Fukuyama.

Lovely! and that blue entices the red of the blooms.

bubble, thank you very much for your comment at once. I had the pink geranium, but it becomes refined and is only this now.

MaryPage, who posts in Norm's Boat & Tackle, has several pink geraniums in blue bowls, similar to your red geraniums, Sachiko.  I had one red geranium that I kept over several winters and Norm and his wife gave me a pink geranium that I have kept over a few winters.  The red one died, so I bought another one last year.  Mine are not in colorful pots, sorry to say.  Your geraniums are so pretty and dainty.

Several, says Mary Ann!  I have a total of TWENTY (20) large blue pots full of geraniums!  Mine are mostly a deep salmon pink.  I have a passion, yes, a passion for blue pots.  A blue pot standing all alone, plantless, is a thing of great beauty to me, and can send me into a reverie.

So I congratulate you on yours, Sachiko.  They are quite beautiful and I know they give you a great deal of peaceful pleasurefulness.

Sachiko, I agree with Jean and the others! Your vegtables and your geraiums show a health and beauty and your photos show them off well!

Well enough with healthy   I had a flash drive I wanted to deliver to my niece in Pittsburgh, and met with her and my sister.  They wanted to meet me at Sarris Chocolate, a business just outside of Pittsburgh, in Canonsburg, (the home of Bobby Vinton and Perry Como)

I am posting several photos of the shop, they also have a large old fashioned Ice Cream Parlor serving nothing healthy.  I had two scoops of Irish Cream ice cream, then added peanuts and a Dark Chocolate Hard top.   That is their melted chocolate poured on the ice cream and it hardens.  That was then covered in whipped cream.   Did not take a photo of the sundae, I just dug right in.

I was looking for the photo of the geranium in my garden in Yokohama, but was not found so far for the moment. I will be found soon. I will increase these geraniums.

Joy and Jean, I gave up diets years ago, just try to maintain my weight and not add more.  I once eliminated sugar, but now treat myself.

I don't miss ice cream but just love chocolate. I can't follow a diet either. Just eat what I want to but in small amounts. Been same weight now 15 years. Diets don't change it.

Jeanne, speaking as one who recently retired from 49 years in retail/hospitality, I can tell you that even the thought of organized childrens mayhem would have the staff running, screaming for the hills!

Angel. I agree, some people find that everything their children do is CUTE. They run around in a Restaurant. Go wild in the Grocery Store. Schools. Even the library. Do notice that one never sees the children of the Asian People who live in my town. We have thousands of them. Teachers in The schools just enjoy teaching them. So well behaved and their parents take so much more interest in how their children are doing. Some of the US parents do not even answer the notes the children take home from them and if they do come to school to talk the don't take the problems serious.  No wonder now that so many schools insist that many children take a medication. One friend is a school nurse and say a large percent are on that Pill.  She has to go to 4 different schools a day to make sure the take one.

It is the geranium which became big in the flower bed in front of the entrance of my house in Yokohama. This is the photo which is precious for me.
