Oldiesmann: Finally got the AmazonBot situation under control. I basically changed some server settings to tell AmazonBot that it's not allowed to access anything on the site. That should fix the speed issues we've been experiencing lately

Bubble, was your question about my lover being at the bottom of the seas a tiny bit wry?  ;D

Blends are simple enough to do with luminance legacy and a few similar graphics. It's the arithmetic I want to get a handle on! And image offset seems to be used so successfully in tuts, the first time I attempted it, the only sign of my graphic was a small tendril dangling from the top of my graphic.  :-[

I practiced and practiced just to have a few worth not destroying.

Your trio of boys, especally the last two, in CHALLENGE6 made me smile.

Angel, Offset is interesting and I can see it would be useful if you were doing a lot of graphics since the measurements are pre-set and makes it quicker and easier.  But, when I am doing just one graphic it is easier just to use the move tool and put it where I want it.

Phyllis, you may also use the pick tool for the same effect. I am cursed with the need for minutia, to know why these settings work as they do....

I spent time from earlier Saturday afternoon to 8:27 pm Monday, collating, tossing and playing with my video, PSP, and photo collections.

Tuesday I reorganized a few more chaotic folders. After that, I was in absolutely no mood to do anything remotely connected to what I had finally finished!

Bubble, I really like Mary Poppins even tho it is a bit chaotic. It somehow works even so.

Hiding is both colorful and yet, somehow ominous in my own odd take on it.

Marilyn, I have errands I'm avoiding as I have to give away money to those perhaps undeserving, but hope to be back creating soon.

I'm around, Marilyn, but haven't done much talking or PSP.  It is too hot to think about any of that even though it is nicely cool in the house.  I have all of the blinds closed and the ceiling fans on as well as the central AC but the humidity is high today and I just feel like doing a whole lot of "nothing".

Bubble, I liked the lace and rough texture effects on those last two, especially Nolwen.

I have attempted a new blend after failing at two tutorials. How is it that I do so well on my own and yet totally miss out or skip tutorial steps?!?  Anyway, lets leave that lie, shall we?

Bubble, on Cute and Curly, the gold and then speckled framing made that a wonderful graphic!

The background for tutorial 167 was really well done and so was the weave on OpenWeave. And yes I know we are doing tutorials.

This one of mine, Claude Theberge, was in my email this morning and was another simple one. I do not remember where it came from, however.

I'm not sure if this is the correct wording, but this tutorial, Japanese Woman, is for the Fifth Saturday Challenge for Vacation Station.

I had trouble with the router and in trying to find out what was wrong with it I managed to lose several things.  One of those was Paint Shop Pro.  I will have to re-install it but just can't face doing all of that just now.  Trying to recover some other apps that I depend on for financial management, household information, etc.  I won't be doing any graphics for awhile.  Luckily, I had stockpiled quite a number of the lessons that I had completed so when the mods come back from summer break I will have something to send in to keep me active in the Yahoo group for awhile.

I'm liking all of the graphics that are showing here.

Bubble, I am sitting here admiring your graphics except for your last, "Touch." That one I am in awe of! You never disappoint!

Last night I downloaded the massive W10 update and was wary of some saying it might delete some older programs, so I moved all of my PSP to an external drive. This morning it opened up faster and easier than usual so no issues with PSP12U and the update. It runs a little faster, easier but otherwise no computer differences that I can see.
