This December he will have completed his flight training---a four year university course.  He will then fulfill is obligation to serve at least 8 years in the RCAF for having his education paid for by them,

Don. 2 handsome Grandsons. Seem to be so different from each other but both happy in their lives. and what the are doing. (Wish I had his hair). Seems like the men get great hair when they let it grow.

He does look like he is wearing something from the past.

The Oglebay Bistro was closed this evening, good food and great view of the park.  Took one of Mimi waiting for service and one of the sky on the way home.

Nice photos, Jack.  I love outdoor eating under perfect conditions only.   I'm not much of an outdoor person and neither is Larry but I do enjoy some of the lovely cafes here in Florida.  I should add we do most of our eating at home.

I covered both my bedroom ceiling with stars about 40 years ago.  They look so pretty when lights out. They really sparkle. No idea what covered with. The ceilings still white behind them. Never let heat go into those room.

Thanks all.  Years ago we painted our sons room black with stars on the ceiling but painted over when he married and left.

That Black Room must have been spooky.  Now the stars on mine or sort of stuck on. In order to paint so they would cover I would think have to be pried of. Should not be hard. I won't be doing it though.
Some friends of mine went on a Sabbatical for 2years and leased their house. It  Was to  a Asian Professor and wife.  They painted a massive  Mural on the large side wall in Living Room. All was in Black with red and Gold. Chines style. Covered the whole wall.
Friends had a hard time covering it.  Was is a Laquar  shiny paint. Think they finely wall papered it.   

Nothing new here, the way I like it.   Here is tonight's pose.

...Mimi is one dog who is not afraid of the camera being pointed at her...I think she knows she is on show, and taking it all in her stride now...Again you have chosen a fantastic backing behind her..I wonder if Mimi is aware of how many people here have fallen in love with her?

Just a block away from where Bubble lives is an isolated house on the top of a hill facing the  sea.  It is completely walled and adorned with  beautiful ceramics around its perimeter and roof. I took a lot of pictures and these are just a couple. [attachimg=1]
