Our heat has been off all summer, so don't know how happy it will be when I need it, which I think might be soon. Luckily, over the years, I have acquired a couple of those oil filled electric radiators. If need be they will have to do the job for a while.

Jane, I just turned the heat on for hubby. I will let it run through its course then shut it down for the night. We may get a frost!

Good morning..

Don't think we had a frost but know it is coming one day. Temp is 39° at the moment.Listened to the loons on the lake knowing they too shall be gone soon. :( 

A day of rest here and just may get to start a new quilt!

Better get the day started.

Was  "The Golden Pond" film in you location?  I remember the loons from there...  I wish I could see and hear them for real!

Bubble, I love listening to the call of the loons. At night with windows open you can hear their call echoing over the lake. When they fly over the house you can hear the wind in their wings.

It's just about time  for me to hit the hay!  It's been a busy day and tomorrow starts early.  Grandson Kyle is visiting his mother (my daughter, Cathy) and he's coming over aroung 9 to get me so I can join them for a late breakfast!  I'm looking forward to seeing him!  He only lives in the Philadelphia area but I don't get to see him very often.  His wife is off with her family and he came up here.

I had Cooper today and we had two nice walks togethere.  He gets to tell me where we're going and I just follow him holding the leash in my hand! 

Now I wish you all a peaceful night's sleep and a happy tomorrow.  And don't forget to come back and share it with us.  We miss you when you stay away!  Good night...Sweet dreams!
